Patty Toney has been named vice president and chief nursing executive for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System (CSRHS). Toney will be responsible for nursing practices and standards throughout CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System. She brings more than 30 years of experience dedicated to the nursing profession, with more than 20 years in management.
