It’s #WomanWednesday !
This week we are featuring Karen Kosub! Please join us in congratulating her on her 20th anniversary as Resident Services Director of Memory Care at the Forum in Lincoln Heights 👏🏻👏🏻Karen reflects on her 20 years as, “240 months of hugs, 1040 weeks of laughter, 7300 days of caring, 175,200 hours of love, and 1 blessed family.” 💕 She started working with geriatric patients when she was only 18 as a nursing assistant 👩⚕️ . For Karen and her team, residents and their families come first. Their connection is personalized, using engagement, compassion and creativity to keep patients feeling successful and happy. Karen is amazed by her patients daily, learning from their stories as lawyers, doctors, teachers, business owners, politicians and more. Our sit-down with Karen and her team, April and Tracy, was uplifting and inspiring. These women dedicate their time to helping others during what can be a difficult time. To everyone in the healthcare industry, thank you for your hard work, your care, and your kindness 🙌🏼 These ladies are a shining example of all that you do!
