Nancy Hard is the president/chief executive officer of Family Service Association, which has been “empowering individuals and families to transform their lives and strengthen their community” since 1903. She oversees a staff of almost 600 serving over 100,000 individuals in a 28-county radius, with an annual budget of over $25 million. Nancy has a commitment to children and families of San Antonio, Texas, and the nation. She has a national reputation for leadership in program development, community resource development, capacity building, and leadership and expertise in the early childhood education field. Nancy is an active community volunteer as a speaker on non-profit issues and serves on many local and state boards.
