Ceslie Armstrong has been named executive content producer at Quarter Moon Productions for YOLO TX and director of business development for Noisy Trumpet Digital & Public Relations, where she focuses on relationship building. She is a native of San Antonio with more than 25 years in the national media, entertainment, communications and hospitality industries.
